Katherine Jean Bolduan (also known professionally as Kate Bolduan) is an American broadcast reporter. She is best known as the anchor for the CNN morning program At This Hour. She was also co-anchored CNN morning programs New Day, and The Situation Room. Bolduan has contributed to CNN's coverage of both the presidential and 2012 elections. She has previously worked as a Washington DC based correspondent, who covered both the US House and Senate. Bolduan's reports on the activities of Congress as well as events that occurred during her tenure as part of the Capitol Hill Unit included the discussion to increase the debt ceiling for the US, as well as debates by the supercommittee. Bolduan worked as an associate reporter on general assignments. She has covered reports such as Christmas Day 2009 bombing attempt and the Supreme Court's landmark decision regarding Obamacare. Also, she covered the government's stimulus plans for 2009. She was hired by CNN Newsource as National Correspondent back in 2007.
