Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. At 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. As a teenager, she won her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She began participating in fitness contests when she was 16 after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. Within a single year, she was granted her professional card at 17 years old. She became an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was off the stage for 6 years in order to finish her college. In 2015 continued her previous efforts, wherein she took part in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a number of years after her debut show setting higher goals for herself each year. At the close of 2009, she had won four health titles. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel took an extended break after earning her Pro card so that she could earn her college degree. After earning her Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel made a successful comeback during her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the show, she finished at third. In summer 2016, she took first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage after three months, taking her place 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated to have placed 6th at the level of Fitness even though she not having any expectations. It's not surprising that she placed so well, considering the competition. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing the best version of her body each year. Ariel enjoys working out on your lower back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent-over rows, single-arm lat pull-downs, with a machine. and sitting rows. Warming up is usually done first, followed by the workout. Ariel uses her time efficiently. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings on all of her exercises in the back. This involves three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
